Online purchase means a purchase made and paid on the official website of DATIGA or through the method of cash on delivery ("COD").
1. Return for non-manufacturing defect product(s) can be accepted at the online store only when all the following conditions are met:
- Within 07 days from the date customer received product(s);
- The product(s) is new, in the original condition (not dirty, used, scratched, altered), the price tag, product label, sticker (if available) are intact and attached to the product(s);
- The Return slip shall be fulfilled, signed, stamped (if any), and attached to the product(s).
- No alterations have been made; and
2. For any orders with novelties subject to our marketing campaign, if customers return all items after receiving the parcel, please also return the novelties which come along with the parcel.
3. Product(s) purchased from sources other than the official website of DATIGA is not eligible for exchange.
4. Shipping cost for return shall be borne by the customer.
5. Any form of DATIGA coupons, discount codes, promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will not be returned or refunded.
6. Refunds will be proceeded automatically for Debit/ Credit Card payment. For COD, Customer Center will send you an email for Bank Account information.
7. DATIGA reserves the right to reject any return that does not fulfill any of the above-stated requirements.
8. DATIGA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
